5. For consistency on files requiring translation, a specific team of translators and proofreaders is assigned to each job.
6. Upon completion of the first draft, proofreaders review the text at least twice, once for contents and layout, and once for grammar and fluency.
7. The corrections are done and the proofreaders double-check the translation to ensure the changes properly implemented.
8. The final product is provided to our administrative staff ready for delivery in any one of several file formats, as requested by the client when placing the order.
