5. For consistency on files requiring services on an ongoing basis, a specific team of translators and proofreaders is assigned to each client.
6. Upon completion of the first draft, proofreaders review the text for contents, layout, grammar and fluency.
7. The corrections are introduced and the proofreaders re-check the translation to ensure that the changes have been properly implemented.
8. The finished product is given to our administrative staff ready for delivery in any one of several file formats, as requested by the client when placing the order.
