1.1 本规范书为江苏华能淮阴发电厂脱硫岛工程 (2X330MW) 烟气脱硫系统的石膏脱水系统而制定

  工程概况

2.1 华能淮阴电厂二期工程建设 2 × 330MW 亚临界燃煤机组，两台机组计划 2005 年 2 月及 5 月投入运行 . 工程配套的一整套完整的和功能齐全的脱硫装置 ( 包括系统和设备的设计、制造、供货及试验、检验、调试、性能试验直到商业运行 ), 由工程业主公开招标 , 北京博奇电力科技公司中标 , 为本工程提供合同要求的脱硫岛系统 , 包括两套 FGD 系统及一套石膏脱水系统和一套石灰石制浆系统 .

2.2 两套 FGD 公用一套石膏脱水系统。

•  General Principles

1.1 This specification is prepared for the gypsum dehydration system of smoke desulfuration system for desulfuration island project (2X330MW)of Jiangsu Huaneng Huaixin Power Station.

1.2 This specification shall be regarded as the accessory of the contract.

•  Project Scope

2.1 The second phase project of Jiangsu Huaneng Huaixin Power Station is to build two sets of 2 × 330MW sub-critical coal-burning units which are expected to be launched into production in February and May of 2005 respectively. The complete set of all functional desulfurizer (including design, manufacture, goods supply, testing, inspection, commissioning, performance testing till to commercial operation) for the completed project is invited public bidding by the owner of the project, which is awarded to Beijing Boqi Electric Power Science and Technology Company. The company will provide the dusulfuration island system required by the contract, including two sets of FGB systems, one set of gypsum dehydrate system and one set of limestone paste-making system.

2.2 Two sets of FGD share one set of gypsum dehydrate system.
